Diary of a Stomach.—lnteresting Revelations. —8 a.m. —Started , the day well Porridge, two pork.sausages, and hot buttered :toast for, breakfast.: Heavy load, but 1 will 4° m Y best.. 10 a.m.^ Still working on those sausages. 10.30 a.m. —Terrible shock! An ice-cream, plate of strawberries, and three ham sandwiches dumped on top of those sausages. 11 a.m.—Sent out an 5.0.5.: "Can't stand the strain much longer." Noon.l—Sent but another S.O.S. . 1 p.m. —Worse ail 4 worse! ■Received plate of thick 'soup, ..<big.-portion.' of roast duck and stnfling, green peas, new potatoes, and apple pie with cream. And I was dying for a rest. 1.30 p.m.—That's better! Just got a dose of Anti-Acido. What a relief!. Now going full speed ahead. 2 p.in.^—Sent up a wireless thanking him for that Anti-Acido. He's in a jolly mood now, and replied"Don't worry, old sport! There's plenty Anti-Acido in the shops. Let 'b enjoy life."—Advt. For Influenza, Colds take Woods.'.Great Peppermint Cure.—Advt.
