BERHAMPORE.

A most satisfactory position in all departments of the school work, particularly in examination results, was disclosed in the reports presented at the Berhampore meeting. A resolution was passed recommending the Health Department to continue the supervision of those under medical observation in primary schools in the event of the scholars passing on to secondary schools. : A vote of thanks was passed to the Wellington City Council for its supply of books for the school library, and to .Mr. Perry, librarian, for his careful selection.
