ISLAND BAY.
The iieed of a new school, to relieve the present congestion, was stressed at the meeting of householders at Island Bay last evening. The committee for the ensuing year was elected as follows; —Messrs. H. I. Clark, H. H. Flnnagan, J'.-'H. Mantan, C. E, Proctor, J. Jenkins. C. B. M'Dougall, W. T. Toiplinson, T. G. Ricketts, and N.
