The Northland householders' meeting •was -well attended. : ■ The report.,of the chairman (Mr. C. H. Nieholls) stated that the finances o£ the school were satisfactory, and the balancesheet disclosed a sound state of affaivn. The examination results at the end of the year showed that" the school was maintaining the usual percentage of passes. • Mention.- was made o£ the success which had .attended .the recent Queen Carnival. The report also-urged upon parents the iictoessity. for; co-operating in the medical examination of children; and recommended that they should also .visit the school
