In the Magistrate's Court last week, before Mr. A. A. Mowleiu, S.M., an order was made that J. A. Robins, of Camp road, Treutham, should deliver possession of a tenement to Walter Smart, of Wellington, for whom Mr. Iv. A. Foden appeared, within fourteen days. Judgment was entered for arrears of rent amounting to £20 17s 6d, in addition to Court costs. "Butterick's Journals. The Quarterly Is 6d, Delineator Is, Needle-Art Is 6d are the world's best.
