LORRY FALLS OVER BANK
While crossijij?- the Horokiwi Creek, on the Pahautanui-Wellington road, about 7 o'clock on Saturday evening, the rear wheels of a motor lorry belonging to the New Zealand Express Company, skidded on the bridge, with the result that the lorry went over the bank and fell several feet. The driver, J. Pettit, was thrown clear, and escaped without injury. The lorry was slightly, damaged. _
