(Received 10th April, 11 a.m.) t MELBOURNE, This Day. ' ;Begirining with the first cars to-day a regulatipn strike will bo put into ef•fact on practically the w,hole of the Melbourne tramway system. The dispute has arisen over payment for ten minutes taken to walk from the terminus to the depot and back at lunch time.- It is-expected that by the end of the day'the cars will be about three hours late.
