COMPULSOEY CONTRIBUTIONS,

LONDON, 29th December. Fifteen million employers and workers become on 3rd January compulsory contributors to the Widows and Orphalis and Old Age Pensions Act, which emanated from the last Budget, involving 14 per cent, increase in the contributions to State insurance in order to enable the payment of greater benefits. r
