JOY NIGHT, No. 5.

■ As the.old saying is, "Here we are again." The great annual effort of the Commercial Travellers and Warehousemen's Association is. drawing night, and no doubt many hundreds aro looking forward to that great night, which will take place in the form of a plain and fancy dress ball, for which numerous prizes, a big raffle, two orchestras to play the music, and everything is being done to make this night like the previous ones. The beauty of the thing is this, that these people set themselves out each year to give Christmas cheer to the sick and orphan children in the homes, and, indeed, they dp.it well. Every home'js attended to with a substantial cheque, and the little ones are made happy during the Christmas festival. ■
