CONSTANT BULLETINS
KEEPING THE NATION ADVISED. -•{Received 21st November, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, 20tli November. The first intimation of Queen Alexandra's illness was the issue of a bulletin at Saudringhain at 3.30 p.m., and the news was sent to the agencies an hour later, as follows .-—"Her Majesty Queen Alexandra, who has for Eome time been in failing health, suffered a severe heart ■ attack this morning, ami Her .Majesty's .condition is critical." The bulletin was signed by Her Majsty's -physicians,-Dr.-Williams and Sir Thomas Hordcr. A; 11.30 there was no change in Queen Alexandra's condition sufficient to justify a-,further. . bulletin till the evening, "and the symptoms were of the giovcst, and only the slenderest hope ot any considerable rally- could be expected. . . The . King's shooting guests said farewell to His Majesty and left Sandringham. A bulletin was issued at 5.20 p.m., stating -that the Qneen was sinking rapidly, aiid a fourth bulletin at 5.<0 stated that Queen Alexandra h.yl passed nway peacefully at 5.25 p.m. The King, Queen Mary, and members of the Royal Family were present.
