The "Daily Mail" states that Royal Engineers, stationed at Weymouth Pier, experimentally released 500 cylinders of a new typo of smoke screen,- containing a small percentage pf.a secret poison gas., The screen enveloped the: warships Tiger 1, •Champion, and Eob Roy ; in the bay.
