' The -"Daily Mail's" ' Geneva correspondent states that a Turkish Note coun-ter-charges Britain with violations of the status: quo. • ' ■
It says that military movements on the Irak side of the frontier, the enrolment of recruits, and the arrival of motor-lor-ries loaded with ammunition are causing a most seriouß situation. It alleges that Britain is using the report pf the persecution, of. Christians to provoke an antiTurkish religiouß outbreak, and declares that-there are no Christians in the Baijo, Zarawak, and Goyan regions. . ■• It is understood that the League is considering sending the Mosul case to the Hague Court for a legal,opinion., :
