At a large and ' very enthuaiastic meeting of supporters of. the. Refoim Party to-night, Mr. C. S. Beilby, a muling engineer and an ex-president of the Buller.; Progress League, was unanimously chosen to contest the Buller seat. in Parliament in the Refornr interests! In the course of a speech Mr. Beilby stated that ho will not deliver any political .addresses until',the House rose, so as not to take any. advantage of Mr. H. E. Holland while'the latter is engaged in his Parliamentary -duties.
