SALE OF SECTIONS.
Before a large attendance yesterday afternoon Messrs. Hai-court 'and Co. conducted a second subdivisional sale of sections in the Walker Estate, Plimmerton, when 15 sections were sold.- Before commencing the sale the auctioneer announced that lots 26 to 31 had been sold privately to the Pliiumerton Bowling Club .it a satisfactory price to both parties. The following sections were, sold under the hammer:—Lot 12 to Mr. V. 11. Barlow at £270, lot 43 to Mr. J. Gray at £260, lot 44 to Mr. 11. L. Button at' £225, lot 45 to Mrs. M. Gorman at £180, lot 46 to Mr. E. Holt at £95, lot 47 to Mr. A. 11. Mildenhall at £60, lot 59 to Mr. L. J. Msule at £155, lot 32 to Mr. J. Gray at £75, and lot 33 to Mr. J. Gray at £75. The unsold sections are now in the hands of the auctioneers for private sale.
