_ _ LONDON, 20th May. The decision in the long-standing- and sensational Barnato will case is announced by the Chancery Court. The parties agreed that Solly Joel and J Joel should give Woolf Barnato almost a million sterling:, representing- his share of the profits in the firm of Barnato Brothers from the death of their father, Barney Barnato, in 1S!)7 to 1916, when Wool'f came of age. The case never reached the Court, but involved an intense legal struggle, and immense sums were spent in searching out evidence. The search included the investigation of the books ot Barnato Brothers for thirty years which alone occupied Woolf's solicitor \°y ?!pUt >'eal's- I* is understood that \\oolfs sister and her heirs are dead A brother will also benefit by thd decision. . : " '
