ihe annual report, to be submitted 16 the Lyull Bay householders' meeting, states .that Ihe school is still cramped, in spite of the addition of t,\vo rooms. The authorities declined to build further, believing 'that the establishment Of a junior high school would relievo the position. The committees did not believe^ it would. It was hoped to add » third tennis court to the grounds. Highly satisfactory results had been achieved in the principal departments of the. school's work. In athletics and sport the school had more than held its own. Special mention is niade of those iwho assisted the school funds durinc the year, including Mr. S. Palliser, Mi° and; Mrs. de Mauiiy, Mrs. Menard and pupils, the Stop-Out Club entertainers Mr.,T. E: K. Burgess, and Mr. A. 0 Blake. The teaching staff had done excellent, work, and an increased interest was being taken in the school by parents.
