To make a quart of milk which is as near in composition as possible to human milk, take: One 11-oz. When made up, the milk must be kept in a cool place and used within twenty-four hours. When required for the bottle, warm to new milk temperature (95 degrees Fahrenheit) and add a few drops of orange or other fresh fruit juice. When starting to feed an Infant on "Ideal" humanised milk it is advisable to add more water for the first few days and gradually work up to the full strength.
