KARORI-NORTHLAND. CLUB. The annual meeting of the KaroriNorthland Association Football Club was held last evening, when the following officers for the ensuing, year were elected : President, Mr. H. Glover; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. S. Eandell, R. Randell, B. G. ■ Burns, J. B. Jordan, A. Macintyre, R. A. Wright, M.P., W. Russell, S. Milne, R. Allen, W. A. Bedell, T. L. Boyes, H. M'Dougall, R. H. Pugh, L. George, S. Lawton, M. Walsh, G. Burney, and R. Allan; club captain, Mr. J. Russell; hon. secretary, Mr. W. Burney; hon. treasurer, Mr. J. Gladstone; hon. auditors, Messrs. H. Prince and F. J. Eton; management committee, Messes. J. Russell, sen., J. Russell, jun., H. Prince, A. Macintyre, J. Eton, M. Burney, H. Williams, and C. Kerr; delegates to W.F.A., Messrs. F. O'Couuell, H. Prince and 0. Ward. It was mentioned that this season the club hoped to enter teams in all grades. A debit balance was shown in the bal-ance-sheet, and the annual report stressed the necessity of members paying their subscriptions.as early as possible. On the question of training, the report set out that last season the use of the Poneke Gymnasium had been obtained, and in consequence there had been a very noticeable improvement in |>lay. Regret was expressed that several (iluyers, particularly members of the junior grade, had been consistenty ahaeut from, these practices. ■
