LONDON, Bth January. Cabinet meets on Thursday finally ,to consider the King's Speech, and decide, whether the Conservative ' Party is to continue to advocate Protection. Mr. Baldwin is at present • considering the report of Viscount Milrier'a committee on tariffs, which has -reached important conclusions that may influence Gab-' met's decision.
