MAN'S BODY FOUND IN GULLY
(II TEIEQBAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) _ . . AUCKLAND, This Day. lne dead body of a man was discovered in Grafton Gully on Sunday by boys, who informed the police. Investigation revealed that the body was that of a man about 40, years of age. There were three knife wounds in deceased's neck, a very large gash across the right thigh, a deep wound on the right wrist and a cut on the right forearm. A pocket knife with one blade open was found beneath the body. The man had apparently bled to death. In one pocket waa a memonam card on which was written: "F. R. Roller (my name)." It was addressed care of solicitors in the city ihe return portion of a railway ticket Irom Kaukapakapa was also found in deceased s clothing.
