It was announced last night that Mr. »iv ?oberts. of Wellington, director of the firm of Messrs. Murray/Roberts, and Co.. had been offered and accepted the appointment of New Zealand Commissioner to the British Empire Exhibition at a salary of £1500 per annum and travelling allowances.
