(Received 25th' August, noon.) .■...:'. . PARIS, 24th August. The "Temps"- says that.Britain's claim for 5 per cent, "interest means an annual payment of 740 million gold marks for sixty years. As neither France nor Italy, will pay up till they have recovered the equivalent from Germany, how does Britain hope to extract this interest from Germany, in addition to- the reparations due to. the Allies?
