All Europe seems to bo getting the -skyscraper building crazo. Two ygars ago certain Londoners agitated for the eonheight and similar in. design to New height and similar in designe to New York s multi-family structures. Some time later word came from Japan that a giant office building was to be erected there, and recently announcement was made that American skyscraper construction would be introduced in the heart of the business centre of .Berlin, in the form of a tall combination business and residence improvement. The latest word is that a syndicate of Parisian ' builders plans to erect 100 apartment houses which will rival New York's tail structures.
