Political circles have been sensationally Amoved by the declaration of Herr Zeigner, Prime Minister of Saxony, in the Dresden Parliament, that Herr Cuno'6 Government is not making a sufficient effort to solve the Ruhr problem, and is merely following a policy of drift, the consequence of which will be disastrous. He was certain^ he said, that revolution was approaching.
