The Jockey Ciub has inquired into the management, of horses belonging, to Rowland Smith, and has decided that a hypodermic injection was administered" to Cyrenely at the Catterick Autumn Meeting by. William Kitson Smith. There is evidence that Rowland Smith was cognisant of the fact. William. Smith has been warned off, and Rowland Smith advised to exercise a closer, supervision of his horses.
