NEW YORK, 15th June.
Investigators of the working of Prohibition, after completing a six months' tour of the United States, declare that Prohibition there is a success. They believe that the Prohibition law is invulnerable, but are amazed at the allegedly slight" expenditure for enforcement and f0.% counteracting the propaganda issued in the liquor interest.
