After the Cabinet meeting, M. Corrat, in announcing that the Procureur-Gen-eral opposed Judge Jousselin's decision that there is no case for trial against the French Communist/ Cachin and the German Communist Hollein, said Cachin is now charged with military provocation, disobedience, and defamation, and iliat' Hollein will be expelled.
