JAPANESE MOTOR RULES.
The Japanese Government, we are assured by a correspondent, has laid down the following rules for the guidance of tourists: "At the riso of the hand of the honourable policeman stop with rapidness greatly. If ho still obstacles your passage tootln him with large vigor and express by word ot^ mouth a warning, 'Hi! Hi!.' "Beware of that wandering sow that he shall not take fright as you pass him. Do not explode thu exhaust noi=o box at him. Go smoothly by. "Give space to the festive dog that makes play-sport in the roadway. Avoid entanglement of your dog with the wheel spokes. "Go -smoothy on the grease mud. as their lurks the skiddy demon. Press tlio brake of tho foot smoothly os yo,u roll around the corner and save collapse and lie-.-'iv!. ■ . "Thank jou honourably." '
