CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. !', The Mayor, Dr. Thacker, who was a witness in a' bylaw case in which he had kid an information against a motorist, Fad to wait over two hours in Court before being.,called. After giving evidence he ventured to protest against a busy man being kept waiting in the circumstances, and in a heated brush with the Magistrate he was warned that he might be committed for contempt of Court.
