ARBUCKLE NOT TO ACT AGAIN

NEW YORK, 31st January. Roscoe ("Fatty") Arbuckle, according to .a telegram from Los Angeles, has announced that he will never act again, but he has a contract with a cinema' firm to act as director of their comedies.
"From now on," he said, "the public 1 will hear from me only through the medium of the pictures I direct."
