LONDON, 30th January.

"The' Times" Constantinople correspondent says: " Political circles in' Angora loudly proclaim their belief that H the British do not modify their attitude, Turkey will not shrink from war.

The majority of the newspapers echo the sentiment. The notable exception is the " Vakhit," which, usually reflecting the opinion of the Angora Government, says: "As tho Conference has failed, the time has come to open separate negotiations between Turkey and England."
