There was a great] crowd at the Giland Opera House last night, when the aftdience fairly rocked with laughter over the fnnny situations which develop in "A Night Out." Mr. W. S. Percy and Miss Maude Fane particularly came in for a large shafo of applause and approval. Tho comedy is one of the brightest and best presented in Wellington for a long time. There are deKghtfnl songs, the tuhefnl "Avalon" beitfg a. prizrte favourite, the ballets are artistically dressed, and the danGing of a high order ©f merit. The Williamson Musical Company has easily established 1, itself as a special favourite in this city: A matinee performance of "A Night Gat" will be given on Saturday. There will be a change of programme on Mtmday, when, for the first time in New Zealand,, the musical comedy "Oh, Lady, Lady" will be presented.
