In yesterday's report of the bylaw cases dealt with at the Magistrate's Court, H. Marshall was mentioned as an unregistered plumber, who was fined* for doing plumbing work, not in accordance with the bylaws. He states that this was an error in the spnse that he holds a master plumber's license.

The Karori Swimming Club 'will opoa the season on Saturday at 2.30 p.m. The baths are picturesquely situated on Parkvale road, near the old Borough Council Ohanibers. Afternoon tea is to bo pvoi vidud and a largo attendant is expected.
