DISORDER IN INDIA
OUTBREAK OF DACOITy.
(Received July 29, 1 p.m.) . * DELHI, 28th July. "Dacoity," with murder and arson, is reported from Digri. The police station and several other Government buildings and some shops were damaged and looted. , Thirteen persons, including police constables, were murdered, and property worth, over 100,000 rupees ■: was carried off. Dacoities have been frequent in Lin.d, and the population is 'terrorised. •'■.-.
