INSISTENCE ON FULL INSTALMENTS. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPIRIOBT.) (HEWER'S TELEGRAM.) . PARIS, 28th July. Replying to the German Ambassador, who requested a reduction in the instalments payable to Germany's private creditors, M. Boincare stated that owing to the German badj faith regarding debts, the Allies unanimously insisted upon the continuation of the payments at the specified rate of £2,000,000 a month. .
