BUSINESS AT MONTHLY MEETING.

The monthly: meeting of the Welling-, ton Hospital Board was held yesterday afternoon. The chairman (Mr. F. Castle) presided, and those present' were: Messrs. J. iW. Butler, C. H. Chapman, W. T. Windley, and' Mrs. Snow. .Leave of absence was granted Mrs. M'Vicar and Messrs. J. Glover and G. Nash. .-..'• The accounts were passed for payment:— Hospital •'salaries, £3451' 8s lid; Macarthy Home, £93 3s 7d; sundry, £3.05 lie 3d. Social Welfare and1, Ohiro Home: Salaries, £977 lis lid; sundry, £141 Ss; 2d. Head office: Salaries. £140 14s Id; sundry, £62 0s 9d. District Nurse, £17 le Sd. Total, £8490 Os 4d. The return for tho month showed receipts of £15;250 Is -4d. and' expenditure of £9300 8s 2d. . ■-..'
