Now showing at the Strand ia a drama in praise of womanhood in "Hail the Woman," starring Florence Vidor and : Theodore Roberts. It is a master drama of the day's greatest problems—man's intolerance for woman. One foTgets time and place in feeling the tense situatione —the utter pathos of the lives of the unfortunate -women who have suffered through the bigotry and cruelty of one man. The second feature "My Husband's Other Wife," starring the Australian favourite Sylvia Breamer, presents a new angle in divorce and has an intensity that is absorbing. The supporting programme is a very fine one, and includes "April Fool," a.clever Mermaid comedy, and the latest Pathe Gazette.
