PARIS, 9th July. The Hague correspondent of the Journal dcs Debats states that M. Krassin, in an interview with Sir P. Lloyd-Graeme, declared that the,official declarations of the Soviet delegation might be considered null and void, and added privately that it would be possible to restore 90 per cent, of the expropriated private property, although the delegation was obliged officially to rafuse to admit it. /
