LONDON, 9th July. The Irregulars -arrested at Skeogh House were imprisoned in the Letterkenny Courthouse. They wrecked the building, sacked the Carnegie Library, and set the building on fire. Nationalist troops removed the prisoners and extinguished the fire. Extensive damage was done. ,
