SYDNEY, 9th July.
At the Stadium Sid Godfrey knocked out Tommy Cello (America) in the fifth round after a hardly fought contest, in which many .heavy punches were exchanged. Up- to the time he was knocked out the American was always dangerous, particularly at close quarters.
MELBOURNE, 9th July. Spargo defeated Jamito on points in a twenty^ round contest.
