HUTT VALLEY HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY

The society has this year decided to hold three shows, the dates of which are advertised. During the season it is the intention of the committee to have lecturettes and demonstrations in connection with the various shows, the first of which will be held on Tuesday, 11th, in tho Oddfellows' Lodge room. The subject will be rose culture, and the lecturer, the president, Mr. J. G. Hellyar. The dates of other lectures and"demonstrations will be advertised from time to time.
