Mr. Marconi has received the John Fritz Medal, the highest honour American engineers can bestow. Speakers,'in eulogising the inventor, said that within a few years radio would encircle the globe like sunlight. Marconi expressed the hope that wireless would ever be used to further friendly relations between the nations.
