MELBOURNE, This Day,
Mr. A. S. Rodgers, Federal Minister of Customs, has issued an explanation t.f the anti-dumping regulations. He •states that precautions will be taken to protect Australian manufacturers against competitors in countries having a depreciated currency, and to preserve the preference already granted in tffe import tariff to the United Kingdom.
