BRITISH-AUSTRALIAN TRADE.
- A company is being formed in Sydney, and is shortly to be registered, to exhibit permanently in Sydney British and Australian exports and imports. The idea is to impress on visitor- from all parts of the world the: wide range of produofa Australia can offer for their markets. It will be a permanent institute, fitted up in modem offices offering facilities to enable visitors to transact their businfse while in tho city. The first object of the company is stated to. be to afford the means for Australian packers and. manufacturers to put their products before outside buyers who cannot afford the expense of sending travellers overseas, as well as to the larger firms who may have agenfs abroad,. The secondary objeot is to assist trade in imports from the United Kingdom, aa against foreign countries.-
