VIENNA, 9th September. , A semiofficial message declares that the Austro-Hungarian situation has taken a serious turn in consequence of Hungarian insurgents capturing Agendorf, and threatening M'aittersdorf, the temporary seat of the Austrian Government. The Gaverninenit has now withdrawn to Wienerneustadt.
