WILD SCRAMBLE TO BUY'
(Received April 18, 9 a.m.) ' . NEW YORK, 16th April. Wheat prices at Chicago advanced five cents_as the result of the reports of the damage caused by the tornado, and of the Argentine crop, .the estimates for which are thirty million bushels below last year's crop. A wild scramble to buy followed.
