• LONDON, ,17th April. Lord Derby, addressing the Junior Imperial League, said Conservativism was the backbone of the country, and was always ready to take- in. - new recruits, new blood, and new ideas. He welcomed Mr. Lloyd George as the newest recruit to the Conservative Party.
