The particular point under consideration was whether the matter was important enough to warrant a meeting of tile executive of the Harbour Association and a subseqiient conference of the members of the association. The Chairman said that he considered it was sufficiently important to warrant a conference. "It is time something was done and that quickly," remarked Captain Holm. Messrs.
