LONDON, 11th November. The foreign exchange market is fluctuating greatly. Approximate rates per £1 sterling are:— On Paris, francs, 38; Stockholm, kroner, 17.78; Christiania, kroner, 18.37: Calcutta, ru-. pees, 2s 7-18 d; Montreal, 4 dollars 32 cents; New York, 4 dollars 14 cents.
