In the course of their statements it was said that Georgeson's profit amounted to £60,000. The Commission has adjourned indefinitely. ... Counsel for.the. Crown stated that it appeared that Geprgeson made a profit of £60,000 on his deal, but was not yet out of the wood, as he had to deliver the greater part of the wheat, with chances of its deterioration. .
